I didn’t start Coblentz Homes to be the biggest builder in town. I started it because I had a passion for helping families achieve their dreams.
Nearly 30 years later, that’s still what drives me. I’ve always believed in building homes that are solid, thoughtfully designed, and made to last—not just structurally, but in the way they fit the people who live in them. Over time, that mindset has earned us something we’re proud of: a reputation. Around here, “Coblentz built” has come to mean something—and we work hard every day to make sure it stays that way.
I stay personally involved with every home we build—from the early planning stages to pricing, design decisions, and beyond. Once constructions begins, our project manager, Phil Markowski will continue with that same personal approach. He’s experienced, detail-oriented, and fully committed to doing things right. Between the two of us, we guide every project from start to finish—and make sure nothing gets lost along the way.
We’ve stayed small on purpose. It’s what allows us to customize each home, to communicate clearly, and to deliver the kind of quality people have come to expect from our name.
This isn’t just my business. It’s personal. And I’d love to help you and your family achieve your dreams.

They may not all wear Coblentz logos, but we’ve spent years if not decades assembling a small circle of skilled subcontractors who share our values. These trusted subcontractors are part of the extended Coblentz family, carefully vetted and deeply familiar with our standards. Sometimes working with such an exclusive team means waiting a little longer, but the payoff is worth it: fewer mistakes, better finishes, and a home built right the first time.
